About the Archive

Lifecycle: PUBLISHED KEEP / HISTORICAL — archive/ is intentionally published (Quartz does not ignore it) and may appear in search. Prefer current spine pages under architecture/, operations/, omp/, standards/ for SSOT. Attic (_attic/) remains unpublished.

This note exists because the /archive/ route is a folder listing; individual archive documents carry status: historical labels.
